With the acquisition of brestoi R / D / i + (IT developments), the publisher of the crisis management platform, Iremos Crisi, adds a new string to his bow and sits even more his seat secure, with the management of sensitive and classified data. The purpose of this external growth is to position Iremos with a critical size and an application portfolio that allow it to position itself on the sensitive data management market.
In the R / D / i + basket, Iremos mainly coveted Thom’AS software, a solution that allows companies that hold or handle Classified Information and Support (ISC) to efficiently manage their sensitive information in connection with management of authorizations for personal and security appendices, in order to meet compliance requirements for the protection of this information. Remember that the protection of SAIs is a legal obligation defined by law and covers processes, objects, documents, information, computer networks, computerized data or files of a secret nature.
“As a player in information security, Iremos was already working with institutions and private clients on the issues of protecting sensitive data. Like R / D / I +, we work to guarantee the confidentiality and effectiveness of the tools in a context where the subject of compartmentalization and the protection of secrets is always more delicate. It therefore seemed natural to us to approach R / D / I + expertise to allow us to boost our growth and our capacity for innovation. “Says Arnaud Kremer, president of Iremos.
Specialized in IT development, R / D / i + is not a startup, since it was founded by Carole Sorel in 1983. She will also join the new group for the next two years, in order to ensure continuity and pass on product knowledge to the new team.
Thom’AS manages in particular the authorization of personnel, security annexes and makes it possible to ensure the conformity of documents with the levels of protection requirement defined by the authorities. It allows to :
- ensure the traceability of classified information and media,
- increase productivity in the face of regulatory requirements,
- easily implement a control device,
- view the progress in real time of the processing of authorization files,
- be in compliance with the directives of the authorities.
